Delivery and shipment tracking

We manage orders and shipment information through BaseLinker. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, we will send a shipment tracking link to the email address provided with your order. You can use this link to follow the delivery progress.

Some freight or pallet shipments may not provide real-time tracking. Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the selected carrier and its tracking system.

14-day consumer right of withdrawal

For eligible online sales to EU consumers, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of that notification.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the direct cost of returning goods when the return is due to a change of mind or insufficient compatibility checks. We will bear the reasonable return shipping cost where we supplied the wrong product, the product was damaged in transit, or the product is clearly not as described, subject to verification.

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can confirm the return address and appropriate shipping instructions. Large, heavy or palletised automotive parts may incur substantial return transportation costs.

Condition of returned parts

Returned parts must be complete, include all supplied components and be securely packaged. You may inspect a part only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, condition and compatibility.

If a part has been installed, used, modified, disassembled, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Used and remanufactured parts

Used parts may differ in appearance, wear and condition according to their previous use. Please review the product photographs, description and condition information carefully before ordering.

To confirm compatibility, we recommend providing the VIN, OE part number or information from the existing part before purchase.

B2B transactions

The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal applies only to eligible B2C purchases. Returns for transactions with automotive businesses, workshops, parts dealers and other professional buyers are governed by the individually agreed contract, quotation or B2B sales terms.
