Returns & Refunds

1. Consumer right of withdrawal

For eligible online sales to EU consumers, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of that notification. Please contact us before shipping any return.

2. Return shipping costs

The customer bears the direct return shipping cost where the return is due to a change of mind or insufficient compatibility checks.

Subject to verification, we will bear reasonable return shipping costs where:

• the supplied item is different from the item ordered;
• the item was damaged in transit;
• the item is clearly not as described; or
• we confirmed compatibility incorrectly and supplied an incompatible part.

Large, heavy and palletised automotive parts may incur substantial return transportation costs. Confirm the VIN and OE part number before ordering.

3. Condition of returned goods

Returned parts must be complete, include all supplied components and be securely packaged. You may inspect a part only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, condition and compatibility.

Where permitted by applicable law, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund if the part has been:

• installed or used in a vehicle;
• disassembled, modified, repaired or painted;
• electrically connected, coded or programmed;
• damaged by improper handling or return packaging; or
• returned without supplied components or identification markings.

4. Used and remanufactured parts

Used parts may differ in appearance, wear and condition according to their previous use. Normal signs of use shown in the product photographs or description are not treated as defects.

We recommend that remanufactured parts are installed and inspected by a qualified automotive workshop. Problems caused by improper installation, incorrect vehicle diagnosis or another vehicle fault may not constitute a product defect.

5. Compatibility checks

Before ordering, please provide the available information below:

• vehicle VIN;
• OE or OEM part number;
• photographs of the existing part and its label; and
• vehicle make, model, year, engine and transmission details.

If an incompatible part was ordered because the customer supplied inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Damage, missing items or incorrect delivery

Please report transport damage, missing items or an incorrect delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt. Include:

• the order number;
• photographs of the external packaging and shipping label;
• photographs of the complete item and the affected area; and
• a short description of the problem.

Do not discard the packaging when transport damage is suspected.

7. Refunds

We process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or to the bank account used for the original transfer.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned. Bank, marketplace and payment-provider processing times may affect when the funds appear in your account.

8. B2B transactions

The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal applies only to eligible B2C purchases. Returns for automotive businesses, workshops, parts dealers and other professional buyers are governed by the quotation, contract or B2B terms agreed for the transaction.
